Curriculum Developer for Humanities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Humanities Teacher to join our dynamic team at Career Teachers in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire and challenge students to achieve their highest potential.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant humanities subject, PGCE and QTS, and demonstrable experience teaching humanities at the secondary school level. A deep passion for the humanities and a drive to inspire young minds are essential qualities for this role.
About the JobThis position involves crafting and delivering captivating lessons that bring the humanities to life. The ideal candidate will be able to foster a classroom environment where every student feels included and valued, monitor and support student progress, and provide tailored feedback to guide their learning journey.
A collaborative approach to education is highly valued, and the successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team of educators to develop innovative teaching strategies. Engaging in extracurricular activities and events that promote a love for the humanities is also an important aspect of this role.
Requirements- PGCE and QTS
- Degree in a relevant humanities subject
- Demonstrable experience teaching humanities at the secondary school level
