Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to inform instruction and support student growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
  • Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in SEMH education.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on SEMH education.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs in a primary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
