About the Role:

Lime is a leading shared electric vehicle company on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free. We're hiring a Repair Quality Manager to join our Operations Excellence team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives for Warehouse Teams Globally to embed a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability, and quality.
  • Elevate best practices from local to global and drive standardization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on training, hardware, and compliance.
  • Build a culture of compliance in our warehouse teams where repair SOPs are challenged and systematically improved.
Requirements:
  • Permission to work in the UK is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment.
  • Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL, and database queries.
