About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a School and Partnership Engagement Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting the benefits of Apprenticeships and work-based learning to learners, parents, and carers, employers, and stakeholders.

About Us

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation that supports Independent Training Providers, Colleges, and Universities in Lancashire. We are committed to providing high-quality work-based learning opportunities to young people and adults, benefiting employers and the community.

About You

You will be passionate about Apprenticeships and have experience working with learners or as an Apprentice. You will have a good standard of education and excellent presentation skills. You will be able to travel across Lancashire and work flexibly, sometimes covering careers and parents' evenings.

About the Job

Your role will include supporting our key areas of focus, including the Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge (ASK) Programme. You will attend events, deliver presentations, and facilitate sessions on CV building, application, and interview techniques. You will also work with local businesses and stakeholders to signpost Apprenticeship opportunities.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, 27 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays, and a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, a health care package, and a company pension scheme.
