We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As a key support role for infrastructure gas projects, this position requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as experience working in the utilities or gas sector.

Job Description:
  • Administration and Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, ensuring accurate document maintenance and organisation using MS Office and ASITE tools.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate communication among project teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate project milestones.
  • Scheduling and Reporting: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Prior experience in project administration within the infrastructure or gas utility sector, ideally with Tier 1 contractor exposure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ASITE (or similar project management software).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence and ability to commute within the Norfolk area.
