Category Manager

Buscamos un Category Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de L'Oréal Dermatológica Belleza (LDB). En este rol, serás responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de categoría para nuestros socios minoristas, con el objetivo de crecer la categoría total para el minorista y aumentar la participación de LDB en ella.

Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de categoría para nuestros socios minoristas, con el objetivo de crecer la categoría total para el minorista y aumentar la participación de LDB en ella.
  • Embeder la experiencia de BIC en la categoría y las formas de trabajar, tanto internamente como externamente.
  • Liderar y ejecutar proyectos específicos para cada minorista, como eventos, reinventar la experiencia del cliente, segmentación del comprador, investigación, etc.
  • Participar en reuniones comerciales regulares con los minoristas, proporcionando actualizaciones de mercado, propuestas de RR y seguimiento, análisis post-RR, reuniones de proyectos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los minoristas, asegurando la confidencialidad de la información sensible.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa como Category Manager.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, con capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con los minoristas.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos y desarrollar recomendaciones sólidas.
  • Capacidad para influir en los stakeholders internos y externos con propuestas basadas en insights de comprador, consumidor y categoría.
  • Capacidad para liderar y colaborar en equipos multidisciplinarios.
