Are you an experienced Construction & Infrastructure Claims Specialist looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Claims Advocate in our London office.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients and navigating complex Construction & Infrastructure claims with precision and expertise.
- Managing a portfolio of high-value Construction & Infrastructure claims from inception to resolution while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Providing proactive advice and guidance on coverage-related issues for clients and Aon network offices to present and advocate the best strategy to facilitate the settlement and conclusion of claims.
- Ensuring outstanding levels of communication and collaborating closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers, and all stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims handling processes.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, regulation, and best practices to enhance Aon's claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of Construction, Energy, or Engineering claims handling experience, ideally gained from a reputable insurance, broking, or adjusting organisation.
- Proven experience of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of Construction insurance principles, policies, and procedures.
