About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Party Host to join our team at Bright Sparks Science. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for delivering our exciting Science Party Packages to children on weekends across Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality science entertainment to children and their parents
  • Perform magic tricks, inspire scientific demonstrations, and lead science-based games and activities
  • Supervise hands-on activities and ensure the safety of the children at all times
  • Engage with children and parents, and provide a fun and educational experience
  • Travel to party venues and set up equipment as required
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working with children aged 5-11
  • Ability to travel to and from venues and Head Office with equipment
  • Mobile phone for communication with Head Office and parents
  • Sound judgment, common sense, and ability to act on own initiative
  • Sufficient understanding and use of English to ensure child well-being
  • Responsibility, reliability, and good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
