Residential Care Team Leader

A new opportunity has arisen for a talented Care Home Deputy Manager to join Xealthcare Recruitment's exceptional clients' residential care home. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and career in a rewarding and challenging role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the care team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and assistance. You will work closely with the Home Manager, taking the lead in their absence, for all regulatory and compliance requirements.
To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care and prior experience in a care home setting or similar role. You must also have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate and empathetic nature.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.51 per hour, plus incentives, as well as opportunities for career development and training. Our care home is rated 'GOOD' following its most recent CQC inspection.
