Job Description

Computappoint is seeking a highly skilled Service Catalogue Senior Consultant to join their team.

This exciting role offers an experienced Service Catalogue expert the opportunity to work with a global Service Provider that prioritizes a healthy work-life balance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service offerings and service update information to customers, creating service catalogue plans, ensuring those plans are maintained, designing the Service Catalogue, and conducting gap analysis and due diligence throughout the design phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish a Service Catalogue in ServiceNow.
  • Analyse current Service Catalogue tooling and ensure it is suitably configured.
  • Define Demand and Service Fulfilment Processes.
  • Multi-task across various functions and contexts.
  • Interact with individuals at all levels of Customers and influence without authority.
  • Have a good working understanding of common tools (MS Office suite, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc) and industry methodologies (ITIL, DevSecOps, Agile, etc).
  • Apply technical knowledge in project or programme activities.
  • Maintain focus on the whole life of service delivery, from designing to developing to delivering and operating.
  • Understand how a set of IT products, suppliers, and vendors come together to deliver an IT service.
  • Ensure delivery of service content and style matches client expectations.

Role Details:

  • Permanent
  • Up to £75,000 plus bonus
  • Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site (London or Portsmouth office)
