**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement new course content to ensure quality and relevance
  • Lead and manage a team of trainers and learners
  • Liaise with customers, external agencies, and government departments to maintain accreditations and quality assurance procedures

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in training management and development
  • Excellent knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and NVQ qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

**Salary:** £59,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus company car and discretionary bonus up to 15%
