**About the Role**


Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of commercial microwave ovens and other specialized catering equipment. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will work in a field-based position, managing your own schedule and traveling to customer sites across the country.


**Key Responsibilities**


• Perform service, repair, and maintenance of commercial microwave ovens and other specialized catering equipment.
• Use a tablet-based system to manage your daily schedule and parts inventory, ensuring real-time updates and accurate reporting.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, aiming for a "first-time fix" approach to uphold their reputation for quality service.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing friendly and efficient customer service at each site.
• Engage in initial and ongoing training, both in the field and at the training facility, to stay up to date with industry standards and innovations.


**Requirements**


You are a practical and adaptable individual with basic electrical or electronic knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting ability. You possess a "can-do" attitude and are flexible, with a willingness to work varied hours as required.
