Job Summary:

JD Group is seeking a highly skilled Store Director to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive store performance and achieve financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
