About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Another Place, The Lake. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional cocktails to our guests, while maintaining a relaxed and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Living Space manager and senior mixologist in designing the cocktail menu
• Prepare beverages (hot/cold) to the required standard
• Continually build upon company and product knowledge
• Keep your section clean and tidy, including the floor area
• Ensure all bills are closed and correctly charged to the room, whether paid by cash or credit card (as instructed)

Requirements:

• A friendly and outgoing personality
• A passion for providing the best customer service possible
• Previous bartending or mixologist experience
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
