The Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Recovery Oriented Treatment System Manager to lead one of our integrated components. This role will involve coordinating the delivery of our Young People's Service and assertive outreach/prevention elements, working closely with the service manager to ensure effective integration and high-quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. They will be responsible for building a forward-looking, dynamic, and competent team within a culture of continuous performance improvement.

This role requires someone with a strengths-based, recovery-orientated approach, who can promote service users and communities as responsible co-producers of health, well-being, and recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable populations and a deep understanding of the complexities of substance dependency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of the Young People's Service and assertive outreach/prevention elements
  • Work closely with the service manager to ensure effective integration and high-quality service delivery
  • Lead, line manage, and develop a team to build a forward-looking, dynamic, and competent team
  • Support and motivate service users through all stages of their individual recovery journey
  • Work within a strengths-based, recovery-orientated, change and outcomes-focused approach
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive:
