Job Summary:

Siegel+Gale seeks an experienced Strategic Insights Professional to join our team as an Insights Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the process of qualitative and quantitative market research studies from inception to completion, including questionnaire development, data analysis, and recommendation implementation.
  2. Transform data into actionable insights and communicate findings through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
  3. Collaborate with strategists and other practice teams to inform and support business decisions.
  4. Manage research vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  5. Program online surveys as needed.
  6. Contribute to strategic initiatives by collecting and sharing information and insights that drive critical business decisions.
  7. Act as a team player, facilitating idea exchange and helping to bring ideas to action.
  8. Support the Director of Insights with thought leadership projects and PR studies to enhance the Siegel+Gale brand.

Requirements:

  1. A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment.
  2. Experience in market research, either client-side, agency-side, research firm-side, or consultant-side.
  3. Solid experience conducting market research studies for both B2B and consumer clients.
  4. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written).
  5. A strong strategic thinker with a solid business sense and understanding of the types of issues that would face a client.
  6. An independent and proactive work style with a high drive to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
  7. The ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
  8. Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  9. A Bachelor's Degree.
