Role Overview

Undisclosed is seeking a skilled AV Sales Account Manager to drive sales revenue, expand the company's footprint, and foster strong customer relationships. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including existing and new customers, to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue targets and expand the company's footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the AV and networking industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the company's product portfolio and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
