Assistant Planner Role Overview

As an Assistant Planner at Deckers Brands, you will be part of the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Planning team responsible for planning and trading for the UGG brand. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate inventory levels, identifying risks and opportunities at channel and product category, and supporting the team in pre-season and in-season planning and analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and end-of-season reporting packs
  • Assist in completing sizing, ROS, sell-through, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Oversee and support the running of data and completion of weekly trading packs
  • Manage reservations for seasonal buys, in-season uploads, and amendments to improve stock and sales
  • Ensure critical launch dates are met and manage intake
  • Support with pricing and planning execution

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High numeracy skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve
  • Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for work
  • Understanding of Deckers Brands' brand values and their impact on the role
