Commercial Business Partner Specialist

Become a Commercial Business Partner Specialist with Hays Accounts and Finance and take your career to the next level. In this exciting role, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive business performance and shape the financial strategy of our global pharmaceutical client.
About the OpportunityYou'll have the chance to work with a talented team, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and develop strategies to drive profitability. Your expertise will be valued by stakeholders across the business, and you'll be responsible for providing clear recommendations based on complex financial data.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales Director and Finance Director to deliver business solutions and drive financial performance
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear recommendations
- Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in finance business partnering, ideally within a complex commercial organisation. You'll also require advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as relevant qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA/QBE.
