About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveying Engineer to join our team at XYZ Reality, a leading provider of Augmented Reality solutions for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections using our proprietary Augmented Reality technology to ensure construction installations are accurate and complete.
  • Produce detailed reports on inspection findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with contractors to plan and coordinate daily activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Process and review data to ensure accuracy and reliability, and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction processes and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
  • Qualification in land surveying, geospatial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a surveying or site engineering position, preferably with a Total Station.
  • Strong work ethic, ambition, and interest in new technologies, particularly Augmented Reality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Desirable: knowledge of 3D software, such as Revit or Navisworks, and BIM/BIM360.
