Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Specialist to join our collaborative team at Accountable Recruitment. This role is crucial in supporting financial operations and will offer the opportunity to partner with various internal stakeholders to drive business performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent time management and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required, and professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.

In this role, you will prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. You will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, conduct variance analysis to highlight trends, issues, and opportunities, and assist with financial planning and provide insights to support decision-making.
