We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Worker to join our team at Nurseplus UK Ltd. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to individuals living in their own homes, especially those with acquired brain injuries and learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a caring and empathetic nature. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, promoting their independence, and encouraging rehabilitation and social activities to enhance their well-being.

Salary: £13.14 per hour (competitive pay rate)

What We Need From You:

1. You must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
2. A Full UK Driving License is preferred
3. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
4. An enhanced DBS (which we'll help you apply for and cover the cost)
