We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forensic Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Lead Nurse. This exciting role will involve developing and implementing psychosocial interventions to improve the quality of nursing care in forensic inpatient settings.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a programme of individual and group psychosocial interventions
- Regularly evaluate the impact of interventions incorporating patient and carer feedback
- Support the wider nursing team to develop their skills at delivering psychosocial interventions through supervision and working within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience of applying psychosocial approaches to clinical practice
- Knowledge and understanding of psychosocial interventions
- Excellent organisational skills and able to manage own time effectively
- Has completed Brief Interventions Module or equivalent
- Employs own strategies to manage stress conditions and promote/support emotional wellbeing and resilience
- Able to meet the needs of the service in respect of flexible working hours, deployment and work bases
£37,338 to £44,962 a year per annum/pro-rata (+RSU Allowance of £1446 per annum/pro-rata)
