About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our Business Change and Transformation team at Responsible Life.

The successful candidate will work closely with our external technology partners to ensure the implementation of the right solutions that drive business forward and achieve successful delivery of our ambitious technology roadmap.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for data, software, and projects to work within a friendly and collaborative team focused on quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system configuration processes such as interest rates changes and product builds and amendments.
  • Produce technical and functional specifications and solution design documents.
  • Work closely with technical staff to ensure the technical viability of solutions.
  • Design and oversee test specifications and conduct rigorous testing before rolling out system configuration changes.
  • Run funder and operational reporting using SSMS and Power BI.
  • Build new SQL reports and scripts in our Data Warehouse or from the application server.
  • Maintain a Data Dictionary complete with entity relationship diagrams.
  • Create or amend system automated document templates.
  • Amend and configure system rules in accordance with underwriting changes.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that impact business outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong computer, software, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages including Python.
  • Critical thinking ability with strong problem-solving capacity.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
