Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a maintenance role and be able to assist with a range of tasks, including reactive, cyclical, void and planned maintenance works.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance works for occupied and unoccupied housing, from pre-inspection to post-inspection and customer satisfaction
  • Raise works orders and manage internal and external contractors
  • Monitor the standard and quality of works and manage legionella and asbestos issues related to works
  • Manage invoices and payment for maintenance works

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a maintenance role, preferably at an assistant or officer level
  • HNC in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
