Evening Production Associate

- Shift Hours: Evening shifts available, including Sunday 12pm - 9pm or Monday to Thursday 3pm - 12am.
- Hourly Wage: £11.84 per hour.
- Additional Allowance: £50 weekly Backshift allowance.
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours.
As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the preparation and processing of food items for our esteemed clientele.
Working in a temperature-controlled environment, you will be handling raw meat products. Depending on your assigned team, tasks may include working with various chicken parts or preparing whole birds.
No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential, with numerous opportunities for professional growth available on-site.
Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality protocols. You should be ready to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
While experience in production or factory work is beneficial, it is not a requirement, as full training will be offered, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health and Safety certifications.
