We are seeking an experienced Epidemiological Research Scientist to join our research project at the Haematological Malignancy Research Network.

The selected candidate will have a competitive salary of £40,855 to £46,913 per annum for this fixed-term, full-time position with a maximum duration of 33 months.

About the Role
  • Conducting research on digitally collected data for epidemiological inference and transmission monitoring during epidemics is a key responsibility.
  • Guidance will be provided to junior members of the research group, including research assistants and DPhil students.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A PhD in statistics, biostatistics, infectious disease epidemiology, or epidemic modelling, or close to completion, is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing for publication, presenting research proposals and results, and representing the research group at meetings.
