Role Summary:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and upholding the highest standards of quality across all projects. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing an ISO accredited quality management system, ensuring compliance with building control and regulators, and maintaining accurate project records.

  1. Develop and manage an ISO accredited quality management system for high-rise/mixed-use and residential business units.
  2. Maintain compliance with building regulations, warranty providers, mortgage lenders, and safety authorities.
  3. Promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
  4. Monitor and report on quality key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Audit the implementation of electronic QA systems and provide regular reports to operations and board directors.
