The successful Graduate Town Planner will be excited to be part of an independent, evolving planning practice, delivering exceptional service to clients and landowners and providing assistance on projects predominantly in the Tourism & Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Country Estate and Strategic Land Development sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing planning applications
• Maintain ongoing monitoring activities

Requirements:

• Previous work experience that can come from a work placement or be currently employed
• Project management skills
• Solid report writing skills
• Understanding of the UK planning process
