Industrial Relations Partner

Compass Corporate Services is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Relations Partner to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading our strategic approach to industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with trade unions
  • Lead collective bargaining agreements and advise senior leadership on industrial relations issues
  • Support policy development, conflict resolution, and compliance with UK employment law

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience in industrial relations, education, specialist, or public sector
  • Ability to design and implement industrial relations policies in alignment with organisational goals
  • Solid understanding of health and safety legislation as it pertains to industrial relations and working conditions
