About the Role
Citywide Services, the catering arm of Salford Council, is seeking an Apprentice Assistant Cook to join our team. As an Apprentice Assistant Cook, you will work under the direction of the Cook Supervisor to provide a wide range of duties, including preparation, cooking, and serving of meals. You will also be responsible for cleaning, washing up, and storage.
About Your Development
We offer full training for this role, including a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship course, hygiene certificate, and a level 2 in maths and English (unless exempt). You will be overseen by an experienced tutor alongside the Cook Supervisor and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
