Residential Expert Job Summary:

We are seeking a Residential Expert to join our team at CT Skills Limited. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £40, 40 hours a week. As a Residential Expert, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain a high level of service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include logging complaints and maintenance issues, communicating with tenants, and visiting properties for inspections or maintenance orders.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and have a strong interest in commercial real estate or asset management. Additionally, you should have a clear understanding of housing legislation and tenancy types. This role also offers opportunities for progression and professional development, as well as the chance to earn a Housing & Property Management Level 3 qualification, which will be approximately 18 months long.
