As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent, developing and maintaining partnerships with clients and candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and client engagement to identify opportunities
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Progression from associate to director level roles
- Opportunity to earn quarterly pay rises for your basic salary, on top of commission
- Awarded training and guidance to achieve results
- Industry-leading commission (10-40% of everything you invoice)
