About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a home care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
