About the Role

We are seeking an experienced residential property attorney to join our modern team in one of our Kent offices. Our award-winning team offers flexible working and a busy caseload of residential property matters for a wide range of clients and local estate agents.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of residential property experience post-qualification, be commercially focused, and be comfortable handling supervision alongside a complex caseload. The successful candidate will deal with a variety of residential property matters, including those involving local estate agents.

Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary between £50,000-£75,000 per annum. We also offer a range of benefits to support your career development and well-being, including flexible working arrangements.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of residential property experience post-qualification
  • Commercially focused approach to work
  • Comfortable handling supervision and a complex caseload
