Role Overview

The University of Cambridge Libraries is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our Services & Engagement Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing a strong supporter base from within our three key communities: students, scholars, and society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and improve our current marketing activity, implementing targeted campaigns using online and traditional channels to engage with identified audience segments.
  • Produce activity calendars and project plans for various work, including events, membership products, and brochure production.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce online and print content.
  • Create marketing collateral tailored to specific target audiences, such as web pages, e-newsletters, posters, and digital adverts.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing activity using CRM data, web analytics, and qualitative feedback.
