Job Description:

Overview:

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our UK business unit and drive sales growth. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire UK business unit and leading the sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales force and drive sales growth in the UK market
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the COO and Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage the internal sales structure, performance reviews, managerial reviews, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the People Team to manage headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends and maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of divisional-level management/directorship
  • Experience in sales leadership and business development
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
