Job Summary:

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Asset Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase rental income and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including inspections, valuations, lettings, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
Review and monitor property accounts to maximize rental income and take corrective action on voids and debtors.
Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations, as well as the Council's Health & Safety and Statutory Compliance policies.
Collaborate with Senior Commercial Asset Managers and Principal Surveyors to develop strong working relationships with other Council departments.
Requirements:
Member of the RICS on Valuation or Commercial Property pathways, or currently working towards qualification.
Significant commercial property management experience.
Track record of negotiating and working well with professional consultants and external contractors.
Knowledge of financial, legal, and planning processes/regulations in relation to commercial property management in England and other relevant commercial property legislation.
