Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years
* Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children
* Collaborate with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
* Provide coaching, guidance, and support to practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements
