About the Company: Navis Consulting is working with a global leader in lightweight composite structures, serving various markets in marine, defense, automotive, and aerospace.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Composite Laminator to join our team. As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for following processes and ensuring the highest quality is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the QA team to ensure that parts are being manufactured effectively and according to drawings and lay-up books to ISO standards.
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience gained within the Marine, Aerospace, Automotive, or other quality-driven industry.
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions/manuals.
- Motorsport/Automotive composite experience is highly desirable.
