About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Grandir UK. As a Casual Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive role model, promoting Grandir UK's values and ensuring equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children.
  • Supervise and support children at all times, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to the preparation and supervision of activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage.
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality, where appropriate, and ensure a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required.
