About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer - Continuous Improvement to join our team at Arla Foods Plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical reliability of our dairy production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical standards for operator asset care, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Lead the reduction of unplanned downtime through systematic continuous improvement work, applying structured problem-solving and improvement tools.
  • Coach and enable operators and technical operators to adhere to technical standards and operator asset care best practices.
  • Contribute to a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment, embodying our company's character mindset.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Own and lead weekly continuous improvement meetings related to unplanned stops, applying structured problem-solving and improvement tools.
  • Own, analyze, and track asset maintenance data, including data quality and completeness.
  • Ensure that line improvement activities are quantified and reflected in the global continuous improvement database.
  • Develop and implement plans for improvement of technical reliability for lines.
  • Own operator asset care standards and competence development in the line team.
  • Define, process confirm, and improve technical standards, including operator asset care.
  • Train and coach the line team to ensure performance according to technical standards.
  • Initiate and drive the correction of complex faults, ensuring sustainable improvements.
  • Provide input to content and frequency of preventive maintenance.
Requirements
  • A skilled technical education and/or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and data management.
  • Able to role model the use of data and apply lean and APS tools in a structured way.
  • Provide input to the content and frequency of preventive maintenance.
