Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our UK team. As a vital member of our sales department, you will develop and execute strategic plans to attract new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Identifying new market opportunities and industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals while balancing client needs with company objectives
- Supervising Sales Events operations across various properties in the UK
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector
- An academic background in business and/or tourism
- Knowledge of the hostel and hotel lifestyle segment is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work under pressure with a results-driven focus
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with knowledge of other languages highly valued
- A willingness to travel as needed
- A motivation for growth and professional development
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role presents a unique opportunity for career advancement and personal growth in a dynamic and innovative company.
