Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our UK team. As a vital member of our sales department, you will develop and execute strategic plans to attract new business and maintain existing client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Identifying new market opportunities and industry trends to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals while balancing client needs with company objectives
  • Supervising Sales Events operations across various properties in the UK

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector
  • An academic background in business and/or tourism
  • Knowledge of the hostel and hotel lifestyle segment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work under pressure with a results-driven focus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with knowledge of other languages highly valued
  • A willingness to travel as needed

What We Offer:
