Administrative Support Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to aid the smooth running of projects within our Mammoet Academy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of training programs and projects
  • Coordinate internal and external training courses for UK employees
  • Manage information on our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Process data and documents, maintaining accurate records
  • Process enrollments and results for training programs
  • Issue purchase orders for training invoices
  • Engage with clients to discuss training options
Requirements
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • A commitment to undertaking an apprenticeship studying NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
  • Verbal and written English proficiency
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary: £18,000, subject to review post-apprenticeship
