Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Senior Practitioner to join our urgent care team in Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to providing holistic assessments and clinical examinations to patients within your scope of competence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and examine patients holistically, taking into account their complex needs and circumstances.
  • Utilise direct access to community-based services and secondary care referral rights to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Leverage technology to support safe and effective patient care, including telephone and video consultations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised clinical exam skills course and relevant senior work experience.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising health problems and intervening appropriately.
  • Familiarity with digital technology and a willingness to embrace its use in supporting patient care.
