Job Title: Training and Implementation Lead

Sja's West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Implementation Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the regional training function to develop an effective training plan that meets the needs of the district.
  • Support the implementation of the training plan and manage a team of District Training Officers to deliver internal training and support unit managers/area managers within the district.
  • Collaborate with the district management team to identify organisational needs and develop a training strategy that meets those needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and implementation leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
