Job Title: Achats - Contract Manager de service F/H

The Role
  • Coordinate project works, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, safety, and environmental teams, and clients.
  • Lead teams to deliver project requirements, identifying training needs and reviewing workforce performance.
  • Manage sub-contractors and directly employed workforces, ensuring high-quality standards meet project and client specifications.
  • Conduct regular QA, safety, and environmental inspections, implementing recommended actions.
  • Maintain accurate daily site reports, including changes, variations, subcontractor attendance, and work-related discussions.
The Person
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in piling, foundations, groundworks, or ground engineering sectors.
  • Understanding of input to work-winning discussions and pre-contract negotiations with clients and professionals.
  • Willingness to adopt new technology, such as digital management platforms.
  • HSE, team, client, and quality-focused.
  • Basic commercial and contractual knowledge for sub-contracts.
  • Instinct for establishing safe and productive project sites.
