Job Title: Blockchain Community Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to lead and grow our decentralized community as a Blockchain Community Manager.

About the Role:

  • Foster engagement and build trust between the project and its audience.
  • Create a vibrant and engaged community across multiple channels.
  • Drive conversations around blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Building: Grow and nurture a thriving online community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and others.
  2. Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions, answer questions, and keep the community informed about updates, news, and developments.
  3. Content Strategy: Create and share engaging content tailored to the Web3 audience, including AMAs, educational posts, and event announcements.
  4. Feedback Collection: Act as the voice of the community, gathering feedback and insights to share with the product and development teams.
  5. Event Management: Organize virtual and in-person events such as webinars, meetups, and hackathons to strengthen community bonds.
  6. Collaboration: Partner with influencers, developers, and stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem to drive awareness and collaboration.
  7. Analytics & Reporting: Track community growth, engagement, and sentiment using analytics tools, providing insights and reports to guide strategy.
  8. Crisis Management: Address community concerns promptly and effectively during challenging situations, maintaining a positive brand image.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. A background in blockchain or Web3 is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing community platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of smart contracts, DAOs, and NFT ecosystems is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or community management platforms.
  • A passion for blockchain and the decentralized ethos.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Adaptability to a fast-evolving industry and willingness to learn.
