Job Title: Bar Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Post Apotheke Kassel. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Bar Team: Manage and motivate a team of bar staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure that the bar is run to the highest standards.
  • Bar Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing stock, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming service, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for bar staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to support their career progression.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of bar stock, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Management: Manage the bar's finances, including controlling costs, managing budgets, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience of working in a bar or hospitality environment, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading a team.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
