Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Recruitment Services UK. As a key member of our accounting function, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, process purchase invoices, and reconcile purchase orders on our CRM system.
  • Set up new suppliers and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, raise queries, and chase Project Managers and Suppliers.
  • Process payment runs and issue monthly remittances to external Suppliers.
  • Manage staff business expenses and credit card transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong Maths and English skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
