Accounting Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Recruitment Services UK. As a key member of our accounting function, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, process purchase invoices, and reconcile purchase orders on our CRM system.
- Set up new suppliers and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Reconcile supplier statements, raise queries, and chase Project Managers and Suppliers.
- Process payment runs and issue monthly remittances to external Suppliers.
- Manage staff business expenses and credit card transactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong Maths and English skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
